Run by someone who's actually run things.
Mae's path into change management didn't start in a graduate consulting program. It started running hospitality venues in her earlier years — owning cafés, then moving through senior management across several hospitality sectors — before making the jump into corporate finance, where she went on to lead multiple teams through system and process change.
That mix is the point. Mae has run the floor during a busy Saturday service, reconciled the books at close, and sat in the boardroom presenting the numbers — so when she designs a change program, it's built around how people actually work under pressure, not just how the org chart says they should.
Today, as a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner, Mae works closely with organisations to streamline operations, strengthen financial reporting and support long-term strategic goals — with a particular focus on the operational and financial process change that comes with moving to cloud-based systems. She's passionate about building efficient systems that empower teams and drive sustainable growth, rather than change that just looks good in a steering committee deck.
